Invoices

Note: You will need an account with Admin level access to see the billing section. If you don’t have a login, contact your site administrator or contact us. After your account is created, you’ll an email to reset your password.

To understand the details of your monthly invoice, Happy Returns provides a downloadable excel sheet with the details for your invoice. This gives you insight into the charges created per return. This excel file includes:

• Charges by line item

• Invoice details

• Shipping details

• Package details

• Destination details

• Customer Addresses

To access this invoice, log into the Happy Returns dashboard and visit the Billing section. To download the details, click the button next to the invoice, there is not currently a mass download button. For billing questions, contact our billing department.

Automatic Payments

The payment method on file is charged for usage-based fees, such as shipping labels. The payment method can be changed at any time, but there must always be one on file.
