We've added a 'Returns Approved by CX' report to Retailer Dashboard, offering a time-based breakdown by user, day, and metrics like returns count, items, and approved value.
In order to send emails from custom domains, retailers are now required to add records for DKIM and Return-Path to their DNS.
Fixed an issue in the return portal where the merchant's logo incorrectly linked back to the portal URL instead of the merchant's website.
Fixed an issue causing duplication of previous pages on packing slips exceeding two pages.
Fixed an issue with improper cropping of large product images in the return approval email.
Fixed an issue with low contrast buttons in email clients using dark mode.
Fixed an issue causing blank pages when loading returns with blank SKUs.
Fixed inconsistency in save & discard buttons visibility functionality on some customization pages in the Retailer Dashboard.

We have made enhancements to the in-store presentation within our return portal specifically designed for merchants utilizing BORIS (Buy Online, Return In-Store) functionality.
We have included the return expiration field within the history section of the return details page in the Retailer Dashboard.
Fixed an issue that was causing the 'change drop off method' link to not appear in certain non-ReturnBar emails.
Fixed an issue which displayed locations as open when they were closed.
Fixed an issue where locations were incorrectly displayed as open when they were actually closed.
Fixed an issue that was causing the sender name or email address to not display on the customize -> email page without requiring a manual page refresh.
Fizan issue that was preventing the display of carrier names or account names on the carriers and shipping methods pages of the Retailer Dashboard.
Fixed an issue that was preventing our system from receiving updates from Postmark after email verification was completed.
Fixed an issue that previously required an email sender address to be specified in the retailer dashboard -> customize -> email section before changing the email sender name.
Fixed an issue where "Allow $0 items to be returned” was displayed in the Retailer Dashboard -> Return Policies section for BigCommerce merchants when not applicable.

Introducing revamped shopper-facing emails for a better shopper experience.
Introducing nested return reasons on the Retailer dashboard return details page.
Introducing enhanced email sender authentication self-service process to include verification of DKIM and Return-Path records, ensuring Happy Returns emails are sent securely from the merchant's email domain.
Introducing self-service customization options for merchants, allowing them to tailor the email communication sent to shoppers. Merchants now have the flexibility to enable or disable return approval and expiration emails based on specific use cases.
Fixed several issues within our developer documentation, including:
- Some error responses for the create return endpoint which were not documented
- A few minor design and formatting issues that were identified
Fixed an issue where the “next steps” button on the return options page in the return portal could be blocked in certain viewpoints.
Fixed an issue that prevented retailers from removing an email address in the 'Customize → Email' section of the Retailer Dashboard.
Fixed an issue where a success pop-up would erroneously appear in front of an error message when using a public domain email address in the 'Customize → Email' section of the Retailer Dashboard.

Fixed a discrepancy in the history section of the return details page, where 'by mail' returns approved on carrier scan were erroneously attributed to the RMA API instead of the correct 'by mail' approval.
