Hub outbound shipments report


For merchants who use our Return Hubs, the Shipments page is where you’ll find a centralized view of your latest shipments that leave one of our Return Hubs. Here you’ll find information on all shipments that departed in the last 60 days and have the option to download a flat file containing all item details.

Subscribed users will receive an email notification when a shipment departs from one of our Return Hubs, with the PO number and link to the Shipments page within the Happy Returns dashboard.

Shipment details

To access the Shipments page on your dashboard, navigate to Analytics & Reports > Shipments.  

Note, this page will only be available to users with Admin, Staff, or Warehouse Employee permissions.  

The Shipments page contains the following fields for shipments that have departed a Happy Returns Return Hub within the last 60 days:  

  • ID: this is the purchase order (PO) number and unique identifier of the shipment. Each PO number represents a physical shipment from our Hub to your warehouse which may contain many items from many of your shopper returns. 

  • Status: represents the current shipment tracking status. If a shipment is currently in transit, the status will say “In Transit” and hyperlink to a tracking page where you can find more details on the status of the shipment. Shipments that have been delivered will show “Arrived.” 

  • Destination: is the final location name of where the shipment will be delivered.  

  • Note: Shipment destinations and names were configured at the time of your onboarding. If you need to update the destination for future shipments, contact us

  • # of items: is a count of the physical items included in the shipment.  

  • Contents: a button to download a flat file containing details on the shipment and all items in the shipment. 

  • Departure: the date on which the shipment departed one of our Hubs. 

  • Arrival: the date on which the shipment arrived at the location in the Destination field. 

Note: The shipments page will only display shipments that departed in the past 60 days. If no shipments have departed in the past 60 days, the table will display the message “No shipments in past 60 days.”

Notification emails

Soon after a shipment departs one of our Return Hubs, employees subscribed to shipment notifications will receive an email containing the PO number of the departed shipment, along with a link to view the shipment details on your dashboard. 

 
 

Employees with Admin, Warehouse Employee, or Staff permissions will be automatically subscribed to shipment notifications at the time of user activation.

If you have the shipment ID (the PO number without the “PO-” prefix), you can retrieve details on a shipment using our Outbound Shipments API.

Alternatively, you can retrieve a list of all items that were delivered via Hub shipments on the dashboard Reports page by changing the Date Range filter and download the “Items delivered to you from Happy Returns” report in the Reverse Logistics By Happy Returns reporting tile.
